The house
Crow's Nest answers the hardest reunion question: how do grandparents, parents and kids share one roof happily? An elevator serves all three floors, the primary suites sit on opposite ends, and the rooftop lookout — the crow's nest itself — gives teenagers a fort and grown-ups a nap room with a gulf view.
Five bedrooms sleep fourteen: three kings, a queen, and a bunk room with a king bunk plus twins. Five baths mean mornings run on time. The ground floor opens fully to the pool, and the beach path starts at the side gate — one minute, timed with a toddler.
A catering kitchen off the main one lets a private chef work without taking over the family's space, and the dining porch seats fourteen under fans.

Is the house accessible for limited mobility?
Largely, yes. The elevator reaches all floors, the ground-floor primary is step-free from the driveway, and the pool has a handrail. The beach path itself is soft sand — we can arrange a beach wheelchair with a week's notice.
Can we book a private chef?
Yes — we work with three local chefs who know the catering kitchen. One dinner or the whole week; book two weeks ahead in season.
How loud is a full house of fourteen?
Quieter than you'd think. The floors are concrete with rugs, bedroom wings sit on opposite ends, and quiet hours run 10 pm to 8 am per neighborhood rules — which we enforce.
