The house
Slash Pine was built for the way big families actually travel: four bedrooms with real beds — two kings, a queen, and a bunk room with full-size bunks — plus a game loft with a pool table that absorbs teenagers for hours.
The pool runs the length of the back terrace, and the kitchen island seats six for breakfast before the beach shift. Evenings split naturally: grill crew outside, card games in the loft, quiet readers on the front porch.
The eight-minute walk follows a flat sidewalk to the Santa Clara access, one of the widest beaches on this end of 30A. Four cruisers and a wagon live under the stairs.

Does it really sleep ten adults?
Yes — two kings, a queen, and full-size (not twin) bunks. Every bed has a real mattress, reading lights and an outlet. Maximum occupancy is ten including children.
What happens if something breaks mid-stay?
Phone or message (850) 555-0147 any hour. We keep a caretaker within fifteen minutes and spares for everything from pool pumps to coffee makers.
Is the pool fenced?
Yes — the pool terrace has a locking gate and an alarm on the back door, per Florida code. Tell us about toddlers and we'll add the secondary latch before you arrive.
