Seagrove Beach

Quiet streets under the pines, between Seaside and Deer Lake State Park — where five of our nine houses live.

The neighborhood

Seagrove is the residential middle of 30A — no town center, no crowds, just pine-shaded lanes running down to a string of neighborhood beach accesses. Seaside's shops sit five minutes west, Deer Lake State Park five minutes east, and our office sits in the middle of it on 30A.

This is where we started, and where most of our houses are: five cottages from a carriage house for four to the Crow's Nest for fourteen, all within a mile of our front door — which is why our response time here is measured in minutes.

Mornings, the accesses at Santa Clara and Greenwood see locals with coffee. Evenings, the sun drops straight down the beach in summer.

Good to know

Which beach access will we use?

Each house page names its access and the timed walk. Most Seagrove accesses are simple dune crossovers with no facilities — which is why every house carries chairs, umbrellas and a wagon.

Where's the nearest coffee and breakfast?

Seagrove Village Market for groceries, Black Bear Bread Co. for mornings, and Seaside's food trucks five minutes west. Our office fridge stocks the essentials if you send a list ahead.

Is Seagrove quiet at night?

Very. No bars, no live music past nine, and neighborhood quiet hours from 10 pm. Guests who want a scene drive to Seaside or Grayton and come home to silence.

Five houses, one lane apart.

Tell us your headcount and we'll match you to the right Seagrove porch — or talk you into Grayton or Blue Mountain instead.
